Baking makes my house smell yummy!

With an upcoming Friendsgiving event coming up this weekend, I am doing my baking to prepare. Two homemade pumpkin pies finished, a Cherry Dr Pepper cake in the oven baking.... My house smells AMAZING! Debating a couple batches of cookies.... we will see about that one.... The green onions for my seven layer salad are all chopped and ready as well. I definitely love doing things ahead of schedule... will make the day of so much easier and enjoyable.

My Christmas Tree is going up either tonight or tomorrow which makes me beyond happy! Normally it would go up the day after Thanksgiving, but circumstances are leading to it needing to be accomplished in the next 24 hours, I am good with that though. Christmas is my favorite holiday so I will enjoy sitting and looking at my tree lights in the evenings before bed.

A Christmas Story Christmas released on HBO max today and I will be watching that tonight before bed unless something comes up which I am excited about!

OH and can we just discuss how happy I am that the encherito came back for a limited time at Taco Bell starting today? It's the little things in life that can make us smile.

Thanks! I love making stuffed toys, and my kids love that I can... but I don't believe I will ever tackle an order that large again... especially one that is time sensitive. I have sold a few things though. :) I need to sell the inventory of stuffies I have... They're taking over my space! LOL!
